The Oyster Board is handmade in Prince Edward Island by local artisan Jan Meulenkamp and is made of durable hardwood which has been coated to resist absorbing odours. Board is 10 inches long by 6 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The Oyster Board and Knife set is designed to make opening those bi-valves a breeze. This ingenious board will save your fingers while making it easier to open and shuck your oysters safely and efficiently. The curved end holds your oyster in place while the sloped board helps you guide the knife into the shell while keeping it in place.
The oyster knife has a wood handle and is 6 inches in length with a 3 inch stainless steel blade.
