Nova Scotia "The Little Ones" (24 Oysters)

The Little Ones have a rock hard shell with greenish tones and are bursting with pure ice cold liquor that is sure to please.

The Little Ones come from the far reaches of Northern Nova Scotia, an area known for its pristine and frigid clear waters. It is not uncommon to still have icebergs floating around the dories in May – now that’s cold!

These oysters are collected as seed and left to grow naturally on the sandy bottom, which produces the nice round shape with the deep cup.
